The facilities at the Marston are top notch and the executives and community managers in the leasing office are kind, accommodating and on point. From the group spaces to the EV charge stations it feels like I'm living in a luxury hotel but surrounded by a community of friends. The leadership has been able to run a tight and safe ship during what are challenging public health times. Special thanks to Robert and Angelica who made what could have been a very complicated move as easy and painless as possible.

I just recently moved in and really love it here! I remember a few years back when I was scouting out apartments for the area I originally noticed this apartment complex and the first thing that caught my eye was the "Simply Live" in neon lights by the entrance. I ended up going to another apartment at that time due to location to where I was working at the time but now I work nearby in the city so chose to stay here. The new Property manager Robert has been great and followed up with me shortly after I moved in to make sure everything was good with the unit. I was really impressed by the team's overall professionalism and how smooth everything went with my moving in. And both Anjelica ( Leasing Consultant ) and Angela (Assistant Manager ) have been really wonderful in helping me with any issues I did have during the process to move in and after. Everyone has been so friendly and easy to work and so that really makes the process so much better. The apartment itself has been really nice especially with the amazing views and also from the top area lounge! I like how the washer and dryer make a little tune when you turn the power on, and there is a automatic blind opener/closer that is really easy and intuitive to use. The apartment complex itself is very close to walking distance of most downtown area shopping, restaurants and services, transportation. Overall I am really enjoying everything about the new place so far! Thanks for making the move-in process so smooth. I'm looking forward to staying here. -Chris

The Marston is a lovely place to live. It is a clean, well-kept building and the amenities are maintained impeccably. Most notably, the staff members are all exceptional and go above and beyond with making sure you are satisfied and well taken care of, including timely responses to any requests. Highly recommend The Marston, you will not be disappointed.

We have lived here for a month and so far we have loved our time here. The unit and facilities are great and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Today our fridge suddenly stopped working and within a couple of hours, maintenance was there to fix the problem. Srdjan was super helpful and got our fridge working in no time. Looking forward to more great experiences here.

Angela and Robert are so nice and made our move from out of state so easy! They put our minds at ease with their responsiveness and flexibility with reserving the elevator for move in day. The building itself is well constructed and maintained, one block from all the restaurants on Broadway. Neighbors are friendly, especially the dog owners. :)
