I ordered a custom wedding cake. I specifically asked for our cake to be delivered at 12:30. We were arriving at our venue at 12:00 (this was the earliest we could be at the location and ceremony and reception were all in one), food arrived at 12:30, ceremony was 1:30. I was told they had to give me a 2 hour window but would make a note to try to come early in that window. My 2 hour window was 12-2. 2:00 pm came and no cake. I called the store who called the driver who said they were sitting at our venue and no one was there. Translation: she was lost. My guests found the venue just fine. I attempted to guide the driver in and she ended up parking much further away than necessary and walking over 1/4 of a mile because she could not locate the street. Poor experience in that aspect for sure. I’m not sure why I had to contact them and not the other way around if the driver couldn’t find me.. We had 20 guests and there was plenty of cake to go around. We did the white raspberry flavor for one tier and cookies and cream for the other. The cake was beautiful and did taste good, but I paid a lot of money to wait. Just disappointing.
First time ordering here and it was for my Mom's birthday. Joanna was super helpful when trying to place my order via phone and she even suggested a helpful tip to save on a Monday ($1 mini cupcakes!!). The service was so friendly and helpful plus my Mom loved her 3 dozen of mini cupcakes. I will definitely be ordering again soon for other celebrations and highly recommend this cupcake shop :)
Absolutely the best customer service ever!! I ordered a birthday box for my daughter, and Dana went above and beyond to make my order special, and to have it delivered for me a day early!! She even sent me a text picture ahead of time so I could see how beautiful they were!! The communication and service provided by Dana was exceptional, amazing, and truly rare!! Just Wow!!
Their red velvet mini cupcake is my absolute favorite. It doesn’t compare to anything else in the world. I waited all day to go get it, only to drive home and open the box and find a strawberry cupcake instead. I am literally so upset. That red velvet cupcake was gonna be the highlight of my day and now I have strawberry :( some of the workers also weren’t wearing their masks properly which is never something you wanna see in someone handling food.
AMAZING gluten free cupcakes! It is so hard to find gluten free baked goods that aren't hard, dry, or that taste like a regular cupcakes. These taste exactly like regular cupcakes and are some of the best we've ever had. They are the perfect sweetness and consistency. Highly recommend this place!
