First, they constantly kept in touch for my reschedules as I was getting patio door installed. They did an awesome job installing my carpet after removing the old. They moved my furniture and put it back in place after install. The stairs they carpeted look great, as well as the bedrooms and closets. They were constantly working and did all this in under 4 hours. Very friendly group.
Communication was good. So that’s A positive. They installed my carpet from Home Depot. Carpet installation was pretty good. But the mess they made and left had taken weeks to clean up and repair. I sent an email to the follow up person and even photos but did not hear another word. I will Caution anyone who buys carpet from Home Depot.
They did a wonderful job removing old carpet and installing vinyl plank flooring. The installer was punctual and professional. It did take a little longer than expected but I am grateful they took the time to do it right. It looks so beautiful!
