If I could give 0 stars I would. Lived here about 2 years ago, they are being investigated for fraud. they put something on my credit report charging over 1,400. THIEFS! Be careful, so this doesn’t happen to you.
Went to visit my sister briefly and ask her about pricing to these apartments because they look real nice. We were planning to barbecue for the holiday. When I walked back outside my car was towed away! This during Covid and Martin Luther King Jr. Day! (1/18/2021). I called and they are charging me almost $300 plus fees to get it out. When I walked around I noticed that there isn't any noticeable guest parking at all. So when we visit our family and friends we should park outside of the fence?! No thank you! Will definitely not be moving here
Great office staff. Maintanance is prompt on all requests. Office Manager is helpful and has a great attitude.
I love living here l am thinking about renewing my lease any where u move to or live u are going to have problems but they can be fixable the office crew are good But the maintenance men are the BEST
Well I don’t live here unfortunately but I would of loved it though. The area looked taken care of it was close to a nice park and school. When we came to look at the place I fell in love with the chateau but unfortunately the units rented out fast. Patti was super helpful throughout the entire process she helped me try to find a unit but we ended up at another location due to commute travels but I do recommend this place
