We just had our wedding reception at J.mark"s, and can't be any happier. Rebecca the event coordinator from the very first time I spoke with her regarding our event she was awesome, explained everything clearly and really made the entire process so smooth and effortless. The day of which it was just yesterday everything was perfectly set up, the attention was amazing, and the food was deliciously made. John was taking care of us and was very attentive. Overall the whole staff that took care of us made us feel like Kings. We are looking forward having our next big event here
Got the Sea Bass. I have to say it was some of the best fish I've had in my life. The server was kind and attentive. All things considered, I think the prices of their food was slightly on the high side. Not to say the quality doesn't match the price, but they could shave a couple dollars off a few dishes.
We went there today after a long stressful day of working. I believe the hostess name was Carrie when we first entered she was very helpful and hospitable she was very accommodating giving us the table that we really liked outside. The server J was very fun, professional, knowledgeable and all the food presentation was beautiful it was very cool outside and even the management came over to ask us questions. I highly recommend this place if you want to go out for some good food They have some great items for happy hour as well that you should check out. We had a slider that was half off and a good drink happy hour as well.
We came in with a coupon and when I presented it to the server her attitude changed completely. She brought our drinks and disappeared. She walked by our table, set 2 plates down, still stacked, tossed a basket of rolls and walked off. The steaks were delicious but our mashed potatoes were cold. She never came back to the table until we had finished. We observed her checking on the other tables in our area, filling their glasses and bringing more bread to them. Finally she asked if we wanted refills after we had finished eating. We asked for the check which took 15 minutes for her to bring even though the restaurant was half empty. We have always taken very good care of our servers, giving more than 20% but this time we left her $0 If the restaurant doesn’t want to offer discount coupons then don’t do it. We wouldn’t have gone there otherwise
Every week we reserve table 92 on Monday or Tuesday nights. There is always 5 or 6 of us. Cat, our wait person is always amazing and not only provides us with outstanding service but also, lots of laughs. Rebecca, their long time manager and hostess is always so personable and accommodating. Our food is always delicious!!
