Staff are always very helpful. Have a variety of classes to choose from. Great instructors. The have a daycare facility for my granddaughter with good teachers. They have all the equipment you need to workout. And most of all the price is more then reasonable!!! Monica.
This is a good place if you're looking for an inexpensive gym and have free time during the morning to attend. After 4 p.m., this place gets packed and most, if not all, cardio machines are being used. I don't recall there being A/C, but there was definitely a giant fan. So, enjoy your sauna workout. I lost a key once and a staff member gave it to me when I asked if there was a Lost and Found. I appreciated that. However, I had an important question one time, and the front counter employee (different guy) gave me such a distant and apathetic response. He didn't even make eye contact while answering my question. I'm sorry I wanted attentive customer service! I ended up canceling my membership because it was always packed when I went and didn't see the point of paying for an unused gym. They have group classes and a babysitting center.
Their last location shut down due to them having some guy living there at the gym. He cleaned the gym and what not but one day we got into a physical fight Management handled the situation poorly look at where they are now hope they close for good.
I come to this gym because is cheap... But there's a lot more great places with better and newer equipment. The price is considerably good for what they offer.
