We are so thankful for A&W Orthodontics. They have been very knowledgeable and professional as well as very friendly and compassionate with both of our children who have gone to them for braces. We love the staff at the front desk and the waiting room is great for our kids who tag along. I love that they have a pay in full discount and participate with school rebate programs. I have recommended them to several of my friends, who have also had great experiences. Five star for sure.
Love the office, it’s very clean and organized! Personnel is super friendly as well. My oldest boy turned 19 years old on 01/25/21 and we started taking him to this office since he was 3 years old up until when he turned 16 years old. We also started taking our youngest son to this office since he was 3 years old, he is almost 11 now. We have no regrets and wish we could stay with these Doctors for ever!!
We love everything about Armbrecht & Wierenga Orthodontics-from the front desk staff to the assistants to the doctors, we have always had a fantastic experience. My daughter started orthodontics at an early age due to a small complication with a tooth and everyone always went above and beyond to explain what was happening to make her and I feel comfortable. She has just now finished phase 1 and her results are amazing. I won’t hesitate bringing my two other kids here for their orthodontic treatment when the time is right. There are many orthodontists to choose from in the Grand Rapids area, but if you want excellent results from an exceptional staff, look no further!
We love coming here. They are quick, but don’t make you feel like they are in a hurry. They have been thorough and explained the reasons for treatments. I’m happy with the way my kids mouths are being transformed. They do a great job and you are treated very well by all of the staff!
Trustworthy, welcoming, knowledgeable, experienced. The doctors and entire staff at Armbrecht & Wierenga provided each of my five children an outstanding experience each and every visit through our five-plus years of orthodontic experience! In addition to their beautiful smiles, detailed attention was given to creating a healthy, functional “bite,” allowing correct functioning of not only tooth alignment but jaw position. The most dramatic example is with my daughter who had a difficult time running even a short distance without becoming winded. She would stop and say, "Mommy, I can't run. I get too tired and I run out of air." Within our first few initial visits we discovered that "mouth breathers" often have a too narrow palate, and they struggle to get enough oxygen. Once the initial phase of treatment was complete (palate expander which opened up her jaw and nasal capacity) she had immediate improvement in her quality of sleep and her ability to be physically active. She is now a very active young woman with an incredible smile! The doctors and staff show incredible interest not only in the treatment but in the child as an individual. I highly recommend the office of Armbrecht & Wierenga to all of my friends, and know of some who have even switched professionals midstream. Smiles last a lifetime -- choose the best!
